Service related to data
PDF designed for correction purposes
You will always receive from us a binding PDF for the purpose of corrections and for granting consent with print starting. If you supply PDF with parameters suitable for printing, not further costs will be added. If you supply unsuitable data, there may appear extraordinary costs caused by necessary consequent processing – the sum of such additional costs may be communicated to you only after your data seeing and checking. But our employee will immediately warn you of such a fact and he/she will tell you the um o possible extraordinary costs.
We can also offer the following paid services to you: proof, data processing, blueprint / setting. Sum of costs depending on individual extent. Please ask at: info@zebrahouse.cz
Proof
To check your data, you can ask us to make and send you a proof (but we note that this is a service that is subject to a fee). This is a simulation of colours, similar to offset printing. Please acknowledge, that we need some extra business for production and sending the proof to you – that is why it is necessary to order your printing works well in advance. Please address us at: info@zebrahouse.cz.
Important warning: the proof can be prepared only for printing data with colour range 4c Euroskala. Special colours can not be simulated as pure colours!!!
Datenservis
As an addendum to PDF designed for correction, this is the service that you can order extra to each order. Please ask at: info@zebrahouse.cz.
Your data will be checked in consideration of the following features:
- correct size and additions for trimming
- model of colours CMYK (no RGB, HKS or Pantone)
- whether all necessary fonts are included in the data) of open data or PDF)
- resolution (pixel)
- mars for folding in case of folded products
- lines thickness at vector objects
- too small distance from outer edge
If any errors appear, we will send you by e-mail a list of positions that must be changed.
Blueprint / setting
We accept orders for blueprint and setting of your printed materials. Based on your wish, we will also design your logo, company documents, leaflets, visit cards, brochures, image prospects and other printed materials. Please contact us at info@zebrahouse.cz, we will inform you about our rates.
