How to register?
In top menu click on Registration. Fill in the form that will appear. In the end of the form enter your password for login to our web sites and press „Register“. If you do not fill in some field or if you make a mistake, the form will warn you. As your ID, the system will automatically assign to you the e-mail address specified by you. You will use the e-mail address and the password for login.
How to login?
If you are currently logout, the fields on the top of the page show ID and password to be set. Enter your e-mail (to the field for ID) and password that you used for registration to the fields. Then click on „Login“.
How is it possible to pay for orders?
You can use one of two possible way of payment offered to you in the course of the order placement procedure. We can send the order to you cash on delivery or it is necessary to make an advance payment on the basis of a pro-forma invoice issued by us. In such a case, the order processing will start only after we receive the invoiced sum.
What do mean the words CMYK, edge, trimming, fall out and others?
At the present moment we are working on a lexicon of printing key words that will be also available on our web sites. If you are not sure bout something, just contact us at: info@zebrahouse.cz.
How to order a product?
On the main page you select the product that you are interested in. Using the calculation form, you will create the product exactly according to your ideas. Click on „Price calculation“ and the price for the given product will be displayed. Add the product to your shopping basket. If you are not registered, you will be asked for new registration or for your login data entering. After the order confirmation, a report confirming the order acceptance will be sent to your e-mail address.
May I order from you even other printed products than those offered on your sites?
Yes. If you want to order some other products than those with the possibility of online calculation, use the inquiry form or address our employees at: info@zebrahouse.cz.
